Musical Theater Class! 

@ Laurel Lower Campus - Fall Session

 

Does your child love to perform? Do they have an interest in the performing arts that they'd like to further explore? In our Musical Theater program students will work on performing arts skills such as singing, dancing, acting, and much more.

We will work toward performing a fun and vibrant show for friends and family to enjoy on the last day of class.

 

Imagination, creativity, focus, teamwork and fun are the framework for The Green Room's performing arts classes.  Students train with our artistic teachers to hone the skills of the stage. Join us for a fun introduction to the performing arts with classes in acting, improvisation, dance movement, and music!

TIME: Mondays from 2:55 - 3:55

DATES: August 28th - December 11th (No Class Sep. 4th & 11th, Oct. 23rd, & Nov. 27th)

Charlie & The Chocolate Factory @ Oak Knoll

Fall Session

Come be a part of the wild and magical story of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! Students will become the kind and honest Charlie Bucket, or the spoiled Veruca Salt, or the overly competitive Violet Beauregarde, or a wise oompa loompa, or one of the many other fun and vibrant characters! 

 

Every student who signs up gets a part in the show! This is a short adaptation of the story with many acting opportunities for everyone involved!

ANNIE Kids @ GARDNER BULLIS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Fall Show!

 

Every student who signs up gets a part in the show! Join us for a fun introduction to the performing arts with lots of acting, dancing and singing for everyone involved!

"With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. Annie is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of an orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie eventually foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, finding a new home and family in billionaire, Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy."

 

AUDITIONS: August 29th and 31st
CALLBACKS:  September 5th

1ST REHEARSAL: September 7th 
SHOW: December 2nd @7PM
REHEARSALS: Tuesdays and Thursdays after school (Not everyone will be called to every rehearsal - a detailed rehearsal schedule will be emailed out after auditions).

***A minimum of 25 students are needed for this production.

COST: $400 - There will NOT be an additional costuming charge, however the Director may request that participants bring basic items to wear from home.

Peter Pan! 

@ Almond Elementary - Fall Session

 

Come be a part of the fun,   adventurous story of "Peter Pan!" Students will experience the world of Neverland as they become Captain Hook, or lovely Wendy, or magical Tinkebell or perhaps a rambunctious lost boy! We will work toward performing a fun and vibrant show for friends and family to enjoy on the last day of class.

Every student who signs up gets a part in the show! This is a short adaptation of the story with lots of dancing, singing, and acting for everyone involved!
