Imagination, creativity, focus, teamwork and fun are the framework for The Green Room’s Theatre classes. Students will be trained in the primary skills of the theatre arts – including body control, voice, diction, pantomime, memorization, character,
monologue, improvisation, and scene work. Acting exercises and projects will provide positive group experiences, develop self-discipline and confidence, broaden evaluation skills, and provide a backdrop for constructive criticism.

 

Class will culminate in a production of a short musical or play. Everyone in class will be cast in a part with speaking lines and their own chance to shine on stage!
