SUMMER CAMP FAQ'S

Registration:

Q: I’ve registered, now how do I pay?

A: Once you have completed registration the next page will lead you to a paypal page that prompts you to pay.  If you closed the tab, please re-register and then pay we will cancel your first registration for you.

 

Q: Where is camp located?

A: Gardner Bullis Elementary School

 

Q: What day is the show?

A: The last day of the session @2pm.

Q: Do you offer a sibling discount?

A: Yes, we are pleased to announce that we are now offering a $50 dollar discount for each additional sibling enrolled.

Q: Can I sign up for multiple sessions?

A: Yes! Please join us for as many shows as you can!

Q: If the camp is full, how do I get on the Waitlist?

A: E-mail the director @ Maggie.thegreenroom@gmail.com

We will contact you as soon as we have a spot available based on who contacts us first.  We will contact next student with in 24 hours if we haven’t heard back from you.

 

Q: Can I transfer to another camp session?

A: Only if there is room and that session hasn’t started.

 

Q: Can I get credit for days my student missed for vacation, illness, or injury?

A: We do not offer missed day credits.

 

Q: Can my child miss a day of camp?  

A: We prefer campers not to miss camp. Please let us know if your child has a conflict. 

Q: Do we get pro-rated for a day missed?

A: We do not offer pro-rated days.

Cost:

Q: What is the cost of each session?

Session 1 (1 week) - $400

Session 2 (1 week)  - $400

 

Refund Policy:

Q: What if we needed to drop before camp starts?  Is there a fee?  When can I no longer drop?

 

A: January 10th - May 1st full refund, minus $25 dollar processing fee

May 2nd-May 21st - Half will be refunded

After May 22nd - No Refunds

Q: Will I be refunded if camp is cancelled by The Green Room for unforeseen reasons?

A: Yes, you will receive a full refund if The Green Room has to cancel your session. 

Q: Is there a minimum number of campers needed for camp to run?

A: Yes,  we need a minimum of 10 campers for camp to run.

 

Logistics:

 

Q: Do you provide lunch?

A: No, you must pack a lunch for your camper. We also suggest packing a snack.

Q: Do you offer extended care?

A: We do not currently offer extended care.

 

Q: Am I responsible for a costume for my child?

A: Yes, we will have students make parts of their costume, however you will be responsible to provide the base costume.

 

Q: What does my child need to bring to camp?  

A: Water, clothes that are easy to move in, tennis shoes, or shoes they can dance and run around in easily, lunch, and a snack.

 

Q: What happens if my child doesn’t get picked up on time?  Am I charged?

A: The Green Room has the right to charge a $50 late pick up fee if a student is picked up late 2 or more times.
